What are the operational steps of Kaiping Line

The Kaiping line, also known as the leveling and cross cutting unit,is a production line that uses the principle of multiple rollers to repeatedly deform the sheet metal between the upper and lower leveling rollers, remove stress, and achieve the purpose of leveling. The Kaiping Line is equipped with rigid support rollers on the outer side of the working rollers in the upper and lower rows, forming a quadruple roller structure.Flatten the sheet metal through a leveling machine to significantly change its flatness state, thereby ensuring accurate quality of the workpiece. This machine can work independently to level individual sheet materials. At the same time,it can be equipped with unwinding and feeding mechanisms in front of the machine, and shearing, stacking, and online mechanisms at the tail to connect the control system into a fully functional flat production line, completing the leveling and cutting of metal coils, sheets, etc.Kaiping Line(Leveling Transverse Line)is a commonly used mechanical equipment in sheet metal processing, and its shaping is mainly determined by the thickness, material, and requirements of the calibrated strip. The thicker the material, the better the structural rigidity is required. The fewer rollers, the larger the roller diameter, and the higher the power, and vice versa.Mainly used for correcting various specifications of boards and cutting them into blocks. This function is suitable for leveling various cold and hot rolled plates.Due to its convenient and simple operation,it is widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, building materials, furniture, kitchenware, automobile manufacturing, hardware processing, and machinery.
Operation steps of Kaiping Line:
1.Put on work clothes, tie the cuffs tightly, and wear a work cap;Listen carefully, observe carefully, and keep the venue clean and tidy.
2.Only after mastering the correct usage of relevant equipment and tools can operation be carried out.
3.The lubrication parts of Kaiping Line need to be lubricated regularly with lubricating oil.
Before cutting the board, confirm that the gap between the blade and the thickness of the cut board match.
Before the operation of Kaiping Line, check the bed surface and non pressure foot area, and do not stack debris and measuring tools.
Before operating the Kaiping line, conduct an inspection of the machine tool's idle running to confirm that there are no abnormalities before entering the cutting operation.
7.When multiple people are operating, the main operator should be clearly identified, and the foot pedal or pedal mechanism should be stepped on when the main operator confirms that there are no factors.
When cutting short materials,it is strictly prohibited to reach out and place workpieces in the working area of the cutting edge or the area without pressure feet.
When adjusting the blade clearance,it is strictly prohibited to operate while driving.
10.If there is any abnormal operation of the entire coil board production line, immediately cut off the power and stop the operation, and notify relevant personnel to promptly troubleshoot the problem.
After the completion of the Kaiping Line, cut off the power supply, clean up the workpieces, site, and cut waste materials.
The general Kaiping line is suitable for steel coil deep processing enterprises, white goods production enterprises, etc. It is an auxiliary processing equipment for steel, with a large investment and balanced output.A standard production line consists of a storage platform, feeding trolley, auxiliary support, uncoiler, telescopic shovel head, leveling machine, sleeve, side guide, five roll rough leveling and sizing machine, shearing machine, conveyor, stacking rack, and discharge trolley. The specific configuration can be customized according to customer needs.Generally,it takes several months for enterprises to produce customized products from customer to factory,so this is a non-standard customized equipment.
