The burrs on the metal sheet of the longitudinal cutting line caused the sickle to bend.When cutting metal plates with a slitting machine,the gap adjustment of the blades is unreasonable,resulting in burrs.The larger the gap,the larger the burrs.When the metal plate is rolled up,the edges will bend due to burrs.
The asymmetric gap between the upper and lower blades causes the sickle to bend.Due to the large gap between the left and right sides of the feeding trough,the indentation will be relatively large,which will cause the coil to stretch more and naturally result in a sickle bend.
When the sickle bends due to uneven tension,the tension on the baffle during winding will increase,causing the sickle to bend due to unilateral tension.
