Briefly describe the motion parameters and forms of the actuator of Kaiping Line

We already know some basic knowledge about Kaiping Line,but we still lack the motion form of its actuator.Kaiping Line,like other machines,has its own motion form and parameters.There are two types of motion parameters,one is explicitly stated in the design requirements,and the other is determined through analysis.The common forms and parameters of motion for executing components include:they are often combined with other equipment in the production of Kaiping Line.For example,after being processed by a flat line,a steel plate becomes a flat plate,which is called a flat plate.And the uneven metal sheet is flattened by squeezing a certain thickness of strip or sheet through upper and lower rollers,which is called a leveling machine.
(1)Unidirectional intermittent linear motion.For example,the feed motion of a planer and a lathe worktable,whose motion parameters are the feed rate of the tool back and forth to the worktable once.
(2)Reciprocating linear or reciprocating swinging motion.Reciprocating motion,such as the movement of planer heads,punch heads,and internal combustion engine pistons;Reciprocal motion,such as the movement of a swinging feeder hopper.The motion parameters include stroke length or swing angle,reciprocating frequency per minute,stroke speed ratio coefficient,etc.
(3)Intermittent rotational motion.This type of motion is commonly used as indexing motion or indexing motion,such as the worktable indexing of multi station machine tools,the feed wheel motion of stepper conveyors,etc.The motion parameters of Kaiping Line are usually the number of movements per minute,the motion coefficient,and the ratio of motion to stop.
(4)Continuous rotary motion:Continuous rotary motion is mostly uniform rotary motion,such as the rotation of lathe spindle,the rotation of ball mill cylinder,etc.The motion parameters of Kaiping Line are rotational speed or angular velocity,and some machines have adjustable rotational speed.The motion parameters include speed range,speed series,speed ratio between adjacent stages,speed difference,etc.
(5)Complex planar motion or trajectory motion.The motion parameters of the motion collar of the compound pendulum jaw crusher and the motion of the mixer are often represented by coordinates.
Based on the above description,we should have a systematic understanding of the motion parameters and forms of the Kaiping Line,so that we can clearly recognize that only by selecting appropriate motion parameters and forms according to the corresponding requirements can the machine achieve high efficiency and stable results.
