The reason for the deviation of the cutting machine when cutting thin plates

Kaiping machine is a machine that performs a series of processing operations such as unwinding,leveling,and shearing on metal sheets.
Reason:It is because the center of the correction wheel does not coincide with the center of the original roll unwinding direction.When opening thicker plates,the clamping force of the correction wheel can prevent the steel plate from deviating.However,when opening thinner plates,the clamping force on the steel has exceeded the yield strength of the steel plate,causing slight deformation at the edges of the steel plate,resulting in deviation.The thinner the plate,the more obvious this phenomenon will be.When this problem is discovered during thin plate opening,the deviation can be corrected by adjusting the position of the steel coil on the unwinding machine.

Kaiping machine is a specialized equipment for processing hot-rolled coils,with a general processing capacity of 3mm to 14mm thickness.Early medium plate Kaiping machines could only open hot-rolled coils with a larger width of 1500mm.With the introduction of wide hot-rolled coils,nowadays the hot-rolled Kaiping machines used in various processing stages can generally open hot-rolled coils with a width of 2000mm.Some hot rolling and leveling machines also have trimming function.
