Kaiping Line Process and Precautions

1、Kaiping Line Process Flow
1.Loading:Place the metal sheet to be processed on the leveling line,ensuring that the sheet is clean and free of burrs.

3.Flattening:The board is received and flattened through a flattening line to make it flat.

5.Spinning:The sheet is spun by a rotary tangent roller machine to improve its flatness.
6.Water cooling:After being spun,the Kaiping line needs to be cooled by water cooling to shorten the time for the board temperature to rise.
7.Finishing roll pressing:The sheet is finely processed through a pressure release device,and flattened and stretched at the end of the sheet to ensure the consistency of the flatness of the sheet.
8.Vertical warping correction:The purpose of warping roller correction is to balance the tension inside the board and improve the flatness of the board.
9.Inspection:Inspect the processed board and check whether the open line meets the specified standards.
10.Unloading:Place the processed boards on the conveyor belt for unloading,facilitating storage and subsequent processing.

1.Pre use inspection:Before starting up,inspect the operating equipment to ensure stability and no malfunctions.
