We are all very familiar with computers now.We all know that starting and shutting down a computer requires certain processing work.In fact,the same goes for the Kaiping line.Whether it is starting up or shutting down,a series of work needs to be done,which is even more complex than a computer.Kaiping line requires certain preparation work before starting up.Let's take a closer look at these tasks below.
1.Before starting up
(1)Check the lubrication of the Kaiping line equipment,whether the lubrication is good,whether the oil level is normal,whether the oil level is sufficient,and whether the oil level is insufficient,and add it in a timely manner.
(2)Is the compressed air pressure above 0.5Mpa,is the filter functioning properly,and is there any blockage.
(3)Check all mechanical parts for looseness and damage,and if so,take appropriate measures.
(4)Check if electrical and other equipment are functioning properly.
(5)Check the tool clearance and adjust it regardless of whether it meets the specified requirements.
2.Power on
(1)Adjust the pressing amount of the leveling roller to ensure the flatness of the board.
(2)Turn on the compressed air switch and power switch,check whether the control brake is normal,and whether the automatic lubricating oil filling device is normal.
(3)Pay attention to safety when feeding on the Kaiping line and adjust the position of the device according to the size of the cutting board.
(4)If there is any abnormality during the operation of the equipment,stop checking immediately.
3.Shutdown
(1)Turn off the power switch and compressed air switch,check the lubrication condition of the machine for any problems.
(2)Clean the equipment,sweep the site,and apply oil protection to the rust prone parts of the equipment.
