The mechanical equipment of Kaiping Line can eliminate stress and make the board flat. However, due to various factors during the feeding process, deviations may occur. In order for machines to work efficiently, manufacturers need to debug them correctly.

(1) The force on both sides of the drum is unbalanced, requiring the light side to break the chain and lift the heavy side, or the heavy side to break the chain and press the light side.
(2) The feeder line and Kaiping line are not on the same plane, and equipment needs to be reinstalled.
(3) The center of the correction wheel does not coincide with the center of the original winding direction, and the clamping force of the correction wheel can prevent the steel plate from deviating when placed flat.
(4) When leveling the ground with thin plates, the clamping force of the steel exceeds the yield strength of the steel plate, resulting in slight deformation of the steel plate edge, which may cause deviation in leveling the ground. The thinner the board, the more obvious this phenomenon becomes. Deviation can be corrected by adjusting the position of the steel coil on the Kaiping line.
(5) The slipping phenomenon is due to the thread opening not rising into place, so the pull rod becomes slightly shorter. The direct method is to tighten the joint of the tension rod cylinder of the Kaiping line to shorten the distance.
At present, the sheet metal industry mostly adopts thread splitting, and deviation phenomena often occur on sheet metal, but other aspects cannot be ignored. Therefore, solving this type of flat line problem should be determined based on the thickness and leveling material of the material.
