1.Employees must wear protective equipment.
2.The operator must be familiar with the structure,performance,oil lubrication system,and refueling parts of the equipment,check whether the rotating parts and electrical switches are safe and normal,and lubricate the equipment as required.
3.Adjust the height of the roller according to the thickness of the material,and then drive the empty car for a trial run inspection.
4.When feeding,it is strictly prohibited to stand on the steel plate of the flatbed machine.When discharging,the operator must stand on the front side and not use their hands to support the pallet to follow up.Hands are not allowed to enter the range within 200mm of the machine roller.Gloves are not allowed to be worn on plates below the specification of 300×300mm.
5.The surface of the steel plate that needs to be leveled must be free of mud,bumps,welding slag,grease,and other substances.
6.Tools are prohibited from being placed on the work support platform to avoid being brought into the rollers.
7.If there is a temporary power outage during work,immediately disconnect the power supply.
8.After an accident occurs,it is necessary to maintain the scene and report to the relevant departments.
